best way to figure out what someone would like is to ask them what their fave taste is. do they like sweet, tart/sour, etc? never ask if they like strong drinks cos they'll always say yes and the...

concurred. people have a drink they like and they stick with it. something from the bar at my restaurant is that every woman in jersey is in love with martini's. every type of them. and cosmos. so as long as you got those two down and you're working here, youll be fine.
