I am half-Jewish and half-portugeuse - that's what I say anyway. That's not true at all, it's just easier and stops people's rude questions.

it drives me nuts when people are all "yeaaaaaa, i'm italian or spanish" or whatever..yet, they know nothing about the culture, dont speak the language, have never been to the country. so annoying.
kids in my highschool would walk around with italian flag necklaces & patches on their backpack, drove me nuts if they werent REALLY even remotely italian.
I am 50% Jewish (25% Romainian - I identified with my people in the yearbook- and 25% Hungarian), Irish, Cape Verdean, Portugese, Native American (Cherokee), Russian, and I cant think what else. Also, Im not 100% sure because records were destroyed and the Bible says that its not important to know, but our family is supposed to have descended from a tribe thats mentioned in the Bible.....
