I'm 80% done with ripping all my CDs to my new MP3 player, and although I don't listen to it while I'm working out (I watch the food channel and 90210 while on the treadmill), I do listen to it during work, and these are my favs for rocking out without singing out loud so far:

5:00pm every day on SoapNet. They're at the post-college years right now, which is the part I hate - they just had the episode when Brandon and Kelly have a wedding but don't get married. I like the ones from high school with Brenda and Dylan. Dylan's so hot.
Yah, the High School years are better because after that people start leaving and being replaced. I always loved Dylan McKay and I liked him better with Brenda then with Kelly- Brandon and Kelly work. But then Dylan's wife gets murdered so he leaves the show! And Brenda leaves because everyone hates whatsherface who plays her and she is kind of replaced by Valerie (Tiffany Amber Theesen). Oh, and Steve marries that pretty asian girl and has a baby with her but that is waaaaay later.
