sushi i wanna try making it myself but ... why... when i can go to a restaurant and eat art that someone has created for me i love it

I tried making it myself - it came out pretty good. I couldn't get the cucumber slices as thin as the chefs and I couldn't wrap it as tightly, but it was yummy. It also saved pretty well for lunc...

oh fun! yeah i can imagine how much cheaper it is to make yourself. Hmm. I wanna try.

My sister used to make it all the time for us- I wouldn't say it was any cheaper. We spent at least $20 making avocado rolls for the three of us.

Also- it takes a while if you want to get the rice just right and I don't think it tastes as good after you keep it in the fridge for a day.
