in the 1st season when they were talking about sawyers backround he walked into his hotel room with a girl (jacks wife) in the hotel room there was a guy waiting for them he told sawyer that the man he was looking for was in Austraila

al r8ight. its totally desmond. there was a picture in the hatch when they shoed desmond working there of him and a blonde chick. the blonde chick that was jack's wife. and THAT'S why when jack and desmond confronted eachother and jack screamed how he married her. desmond just nodded and walked away. craziness!!!
