Does anyone know anymore about this movie? I've been watching x-men and x-men 2 constantly over the past week - I'm addicted.
First of all, I wish Bryan Singer was still directing. I'm interested to see how that plays out.
Second, IMBD said the plot is that a cure is discovered for mutations, which i believe was in the comic at some point, right? If not that, I remember it in the cartoon.
Third, characters. I really really really wanted Gambit to be in this one. He was my absolute favorite x-man. The addition of Beast is cool, but I was hoping they'd keep nightcrawler. I also hope the pheonix thing is handled well. Plus, the more I watch the first two, the more I wish they'd done Rogue better. She was so cool in the comic, so strong and take-no-prisoners, but they made her kind of weak in the movies.
I think the reason why she isn't so strong right now is because she hasn't absorbed some of Juggernaut's power..
Hmmm.... Juggernaut's not going to be in this one, is he? And I don't think they're bringing Colaussus (sp?) back either.

Mrs Marvel's powers. Get it right. AND in the comics Mystique is Rogues mother. Wouldn't Sawyer from Lost be a good Gambit?
