I see why the first lady hopped into the limo! To prevent WWIII: If the limo does get attacked, then it becomes less plausible to accuse Pres. Logan of leaking the info to the terrorists.
or i was thinking it would force the president to try to stop the attack
they probably didn't know which plot line they were going to follow at the time of writing the script - the episodes are only written and filmed a couple of weeks before they air.
DAN! i was thinking the same thing. because both options are viable, y'know, depending on where they wanna go.
hmm. I didn't think of that, I just thought that it would force the president to stop the terrorists. but maybe that's what the First Lady was thinking. interesting theory.
i think your idea might be right, but i thought maybe it was too easy. tho she DID say "tell my husband where i am" and all. . . mmm . . . both could work at the same time.
either way the pres. is in ANOTHER little bind. poor guy has basically had his presidency ripped out of his hands for the last few hours. we'll see what happens next week, i suppose.
haha he's so incompetent. I don't want to talk to the terrorists on the phone!! YOU talk to them mike! hahaha
STILL ANOTHER THEORY: The pres gave 'em the wrong route. Or will have them end up somewhere nearby, but where they can be easily cornered.
Bean was right. She thought that if she was in the limo the prez would divert the motorcade. BUT when the prez decided he wasn't gonna stop the motorcade he said they needed to play up the fact that she was present during the attack, to make it unlikely that anyone would suspect him of having prior knowledge of the attack. Logan is so screwed. I wouldn't be surprised if his pal, Mike, in a fit of frustration, assassinates him right there in the oval office. "that's for making me get down pray with you, you idiot!"
yeah. you were right too, only, the first lady didn't think of it, but the president did.
I definitely thought either the president or mike would go that route, but I wasn't convinced the first lady was a martyr, and I think I was right, because she was pretty nervous at the end. she assumed her husband would intervene.
