i don't get this, and why it would be funny. :-/

um, just come up with completely useless/harmful combinations of items. Now-a-days "all in one's" are all the rage. Make some of your own! :)

For example, Imagine you NEED to use your emergency brake, but it also happens to double as an electric eel! Oh NOsssss!

Or, maybe you have a temperature. Or want to give yourself a temperature. A fire poker / rectal thermometer would be the perfect instrument!

(I can't believe I am explaining this, hahah)
