Hm. Luke growing up. I don't know if I'd watch that. Maybe they'll show you, like they did with Anakin, that he was a special kid with some pretty neat talents. Jedi kids can pilot detached space shuttle engines wired to an unclosed make-shift control baskets with ease. Threading the needle. Whomp rats. Blue milk. Owen. Beru. Jawas. Sand people. Droids. Hutts. Bounty hunters. Mos Eisley. Who am I kidding? Sign me up.
Luke didn't know how to utilize his jedi powers until Obi-Wan taught him.
yeahhh, but he showed that extra special jedi potential like anakin in episode 1. no, he couldn't use a lightsaber, he couldn't do force pushes, mind tricks or triple back flips--BUT his senses were heightened and his instincts were above normal. don't test me, son.
Luke's backstory, nothing worth 100 episodes, and I love star wars:

"Wormie"?? What's that all about?
i don't think it'll be as focused on luke as you think. say theres gonna be 22 episodes in a season. i'd bank that less than 8 are about Luke. there would be just too much things to keep track of when it comes to the mythos, also character and continuity consistancy will be a major issue. they're gonna go the route of making interesting [?] stories about characters they can make up and write any-which-way.
this comment on slashdot sums expresses my fears pretty well:
i concur
sounds about right to me. i'm still signed up, lol.
Luke Skywalker + Sailor Moon= Sailor Skywalker.
It has a certain ring to it.
The growing of the Rebellion is something that's always interested me, I'd like to see stuff about that.
