Just bought this soup because of this forum.... i am about to eat it
it was pretty good, didn't finish cuz i was full from the 12 inch sub so i'll finish it later
I bought it again today, too. I feel like it might be easy to replicate what do you think?

i have never had it but it sounds like it would be easy - chicken soup with some enchilada seasoning and stuff? but i could be wrong.

What's in it? Chili flavors are just garlic, onion, chili powder & cumin. And of course the beans and tomatoes.

it's a shortcut. kinda scary, but it is. i didn't like canned chicken for a long time, but for apartment dwelling and small portion cooking it can make things easier. like any shortcut tho it's just not as good as the fresh stuff. it's okay for like chicken salad or something.

They probably just get a ton of it from the parent company; I doubt they make it themselves and/or know what's in it.
