I REMEMBER THIS that's why I didn't like her for a long time...she was like she's not really trying to represent for latinas blah blah SHUT IT!
I think recently she changed her tune after realizing that's how America views her como una Latina ante que nada...then in this interview w/ Jay Leno she was all talking about being raised in a loud Mexican household ('cause French + Mexican) with lotz of kids and her grandmother. Also she talked about this role she had on 90210 that she played the "typical latina" jovencita embarazada. So I've decided she's okay w/ me for now.
