I have the Black Eyed Peas and some Pussycat Dolls on my Ipod (no laughing).......it's great because it has a beat, so it really gets you moving.
Also, J Lo's 'Let's Get Loud' and "Get Right' are good "move your body" songs.
i workout to black eyed peas and pussycat dolls too...its just good "get off your bootay" music...plus you remember how hot those girls and fergie are so it keeps you motivated.
Hahaha....exactly!! Like, I think, I want MY booty and MY legs to look that toned....and my abs.....and my arms.....crap....I got a lot of workin' out to do.
