sooo... good episode, nice to see what Michael was up to all that time. I'm so glad Sayid figured out Michael is up to something. And michael was telling the truth when he described their camp. I thought he was lying about that. so I guess in the hatch that they guard is their headquarters and the camp outside is fake and was set up just to throw off Michael? that sounds like a lot of work.
i was trying to figure out why they'd ask for those 4. is there some connection between them?
honestly I was surprised that Hugo was on that list. good thing he agreed to go with Michael. otherwise Michael's plan would have been over, he needed all four people.
maybe the others percieve them as the leaders of the survivors? if they remove them, by capturing them, then the rest of the survivors will be easier to control?
This is definitely building up. Also one other thing, the boat at the end of the episode... I think it's Desmond, he said he was sailing around the world when he ended up on the island.
You might be right about the "leader" thing. I'm not real sure tho. I'm thinking MORE it might be part of the experiment or part of who they're connected to in the real world, but the leader thing MIGHT be on. Jack is a leader, Kate appears in charge of things sometimes, Sawyer tries to keep an advantage over people most of the time, ie. supplies, guns, etc, Hurley was the food leader at one time. I'm not fully buying all that yet though. I'm full of ideas.
yeah, I was thinking hurly too for the food/supplies thing.
As for the boat. It probably is Desmond! Good EYE! At the beginning of the season when someone said people left on a raft-- he laughed like it was a ludicrous idea. Maybe he laughed because he's tried to leave on his stinkin' boat and the Island keeps bringing him back again and again! OR maybe it's NEW people being dragged in. Happens a lot, it appears. Do you know what Michael was talking about when he said he wants a boat? To escape?
I missed that. someone called while I watching Lost (aaarggghhh!)
The camp was described correctly, but Walt alluded to they were just pretending, and remember the nursery hatch, with ragged clothing and beard glue... I still think it's a ruse that they are playing all 'camping like'.
someone down in hawaii took a home vid of the camp and posted it on you tube
agreed.
yup. you're right. i personally think they're stocked.
do you think that ms clue is higher than "him"?
It's definitely possible. Gale said, "He is no one."
Yes, but wasn't she just squatting out side the 'bungalow' when they arrived...
But agreed 'him' is nobody but a spokes-model, all for show.
Plus what about 'Malcolm in the middle's pseudo girlfriend', what is up with her? All concerned about the baby...
That's the crazy French ladies daughter, Alex. [are you french?] Mid-season, in Claire's kidnapping by Ethan flashback, Alex helped her escape.
Absolument! Comment est-ce que je pourrais avoir été un tel bouffon?
But I guess Spanish would be more.. understood...
Absolutamente. ¿Cómo habría podido ser tal bufón?
Oh, and no, I am not French... ohh the French.. with there wee beady eyes, and that smug look on their face, ooohhh your going to buy my.... Freedom Fries?!?! :-)
