the guy I talked to last time I needed to get uncapped told me about Speed Scheduler, he said have it go for an hour then off for a half hour. so I set it up that way. maybe [3 on, 1 off] would be ...

i usually get capped when people go crazy on my ftp and download stuff for hours on end. i wish i could find a good Win32 ftp server that supported scheduling like that. :/
