I'm going to check out those Eggers titles; if you're into Vonnegut as well, I trust your opinion. I just checked, and our library has them in, so I'll check em out today.

awww yea the group of us that are big into books live a minimum of 20 mins apart and a maximum of 4 hours. we get together as frequently as we can, but sometimes that's months apart. our last bookclub book was slaughterhouse five-believe it or not that was the first of Vonnegut's work i've read.
His stuff is really great. Yeah, I've got no "booky" friends around here; I'll be reading a novel while Donovan reads a technical book about a programming language. :(

I enjoyed Cats Craddle but hated Slaughter House 5.
I borrowed the Eggers book from the library this afternoon. They had it in the non-fiction phsychology section, which piqued my interest, I admit. I just blindly thought it was fiction. I'm interested...
