Huh, I don't know much.... i[ "Bring milk to simmer in small saucepan; add honey and 1 tablespoon lavender blossoms. Stir until honey dissolves. Remove from heat; cover and let steep 30 minutes....

You know what - I put the honey in the milk before I heated it - maybe that was my problem. I went dyslexic when I read that direction.
