this is funny because i just had this conversation with someone yesterday, that most of the time JDdubs don't invite their single friends "+ guest" to their wedding, because I guess it would be kind of weird to just bring a date if you're not actually "dating"

The person that I was having this conversation with, and I, both thought it was ridiculous, and that you should just be able to bring a friend to dance with and not have everyone all up in your business and all asking "oooh so when's YOUR wedding?" while raising their eyebrows

ugh things like that frustrate me

i say just bring whoever you want and stop obsessing over what everyone else will think, what's important is that the girl understands the situation and your intentions
