Well, keep in mind that using this service has a direct effect on Donovan and I... but I really think they're just promoting it for webserver monitoring, although it'll do everything. In fact, Donovan told me they're working with a few beta users to improve their non-webserver monitors. The benefit of their product is that it's constantly expanding, and they take seriously the emails they get for suggestions. So chances are, if you tried the product and realized an aspect didn't work for you, they'd change it to fit your needs.

The company is really small - if you shoot them an email and ask for it to be directed to Donovan, I'm sure he'll frankly tell you if the product can fit your needs or not.
