Hey, does anybody have any experience with working overnight shifts... how do you transition between the 2... I cant seem to sleep during the day... as soon as its bright out, im up...

Maybe one of those sleep masks and a white noise machine would work. How long are you going to be on nights?

nothing crazy maybe tonight tomorrow and wed.... but i just wanna get to sleep... im hoping Gone in 60 Seconds will help me, hahaha
