wow ian, what happend to her knee? is it from a previous injury? i hope she's ok.

she's just got a bum knee. it's come out before, but the other day it came out pretty bad. she got her kneecap back in on her own, but I took her to the ER on Thursday to have it checked out.
today was her MRI, she just got out. she was a little panicked she said, but she dealt. she had to listen to Sheryl Crow.
tomorrow is the orthopedist.
her sister has a bad knee too, but she went through physical therapy which helped a lot. the doctor in the ER said she has to strengthen her quads to help keep her knee in place. uggh so gross to think about
