so i dont get the cuban peeps. ok so fidel castro is gravely ill, and i can understand they're being "happy" about it because of what they put him through. BUT they're partying and everything as if he HAS died....and not knowing that he's turned control over to his brother who is the evilest of the two....so why the partying? i would be scared.
