I made chocolate hazelnut gelato with nutella on sunday - so incredibly yummy. I think I'll have that for dinner. :)

Not hard, just time consuming. I used an everyday italian recipe:

The recipe says to cook the custard on a really low temperature, stirring constantly until it thickens, and said that would take 7-10 minutes. It took 30 minutes of stirring for mine to thicken, so that was a little annoying. (Also, you need an ice cream maker.)
