*Note to Corey it actually did melt all over me. Well, the remains I tried to chug from the plastic wrap dripped into my hair and on my shoulder (I'm wearing a boatneck)now I will surely be attacked by bees as I exit this afternoon... Hope this made your day =P

I got an Italian Ice that was left on my desk when I got back from lunch... it was perfect since its like 100 degrees outside!

I made chocolate hazelnut gelato with nutella on sunday - so incredibly yummy. I think I'll have that for dinner. :)

Not hard, just time consuming. I used an everyday italian recipe:

I think this link will work

The recipe says to cook the custard on a really low temperature, stirring constantly until it thickens, and said that would take 7-10 minutes. It took 30 minutes of stirring for mine to thicken, so that was a little annoying. (Also, you need an ice cream maker.)
