Yo......ok, so I started this diet thingy to basically "detox" my system from all the crap I've been ingesting for years.....it's the end of day one....and I've already cheated. Twice.
Oh, and you can have proteins like tuna, shrimp or eggs once throughout the day too, if you feel like you'e getting weak or dizzy.
weak or dizzy, oh my!
