Yo......ok, so I started this diet thingy to basically "detox" my system from all the crap I've been ingesting for years.....it's the end of day one....and I've already cheated. Twice.

the fruit leather while concentrated sugar is definitely acceptable as a first day cheat. :-)
BTW your story about your wisdom teeth, ugh-ewee, so sorry, but it has been the only time I felt good about getting mine out early, thanks.
It was a root beer....no caffiene, but sugar galore.
I haven't said the worst part though....the diet is to cleanse the liver....which means...dun-dun-DUNNNNNNN,.......NO ALCOHOL!!!!!! Ugh.....so yeah...we'll see how long this lasts, hahaha.
Yeah, all my wisdom teeth were impacted, but the crazy thing is, what infected the one so I had to get it out, is that they had just started to scratch the surface to "erupt", so to speak, and I was eating chips and salsa. A stupid point of a tortilla chip scratched the heck out of the area where my tooth was coming up, and it never healed, and only got worse, until the dentist told me about the infection and that they needed to come out.
Yippee.
Moral of the story kids....junk food hurts, teeth maintainance is a pain in the booty, and apparently even after you fix a problem, it can just be a precursor to an even bigger one. Ugh. Gotta love the lymph nodes.
where'd you find the info on this diet, i've been thinking about doing something like this. can you send me where you got everything from.
I was totally stoked to try this until I read the no alcohol part, but I still might think about it.

i think it's been like a month since i had a drink and i'm fine with it lol
