I started this diet on Monday. I cut out caffeine, alcohol, bread and most sugar. What makes it the hardest is that I'm a FIEND for energy drinks. I always drink the sugar-free ones, but its the no caffeine that's killing me...I have had massive headaches for the past 2 days and I think its going to burst, but so far, I haven't really cheated...It really sucks though.
oh snap, yeah i couldn't go without caffeine for more than .. 2 hours
the withdrawal headaches are the worst!!! and they can last up to 10 days!!
