not well at all! this weekend i was out with friends-a bro and sis and the girl's bf. we're all real close. anyway i walked out of a store and the girl says "forreste you're so pretty. your hair is awesome. right babe?" then her bf says "she's beautiful. great hair." THEN the brother says "yes very beautiful. and that hair is amazing." i turned cherry red and pulled my head into my sweatshirt like a turtle. it was so embarassing!

I'm absolutely horrible at taking compliments...i turn beet red and change the subject as quickly as possible.

I do the same thing, haha I change the subject and look away. Or say soemthing just really ridiculous to make some kind of joke. I don't take compliments to well in person.

i think the only girls that take compliments WELL are the Paris Hilton types that love themselves a little too much

although it would be nice if more girls "loved themselves" enough to know that they are beautiful and wonderful and deserve compliments and take them with a bow

I'm continuously reprimanded for not taking compliments well.
It's very hard for me to just say "thank you". It's as though in the back of my mind I think the person that has just paid me the compliment is waiting to take it back like "SIIIIIIKE, I lied!", it might sound funny but, this is how the wheels turn.
