I'm trying....it's tough when issues follow you states away, and it's not even from anything I did....grrrrrr.....:(
This definately doesn't sound like fun.
When you're especially overwhelmed though, like now...wait on Jehovah and he'll rectify things, or show you the best way to handle things in time.
Don't go out of your way trying to give explainations to anyone (any human) about your life or you personal business it's not up to them to judge.
