Research project for anyone bored at work today: Why does my 1992 Crystler LeBaron Convertible keep flooding on the driver's side floor? We can't figure out how the water is getting in (my da...
Hahaha - a leak ususally results when water is built up in the channels, so it's not instant. If you have a hairline windshield crack or even a little rust, it'll cause a leak.
I found a page listing the problem areas for leaks... oh my. Maybe an alternate plan would be to put some hole in your floor boards to let the water out. :-)

Hmm..thanks! This gives me someplace to start at least. Stupid car.
We've been using buckets but a hole just may work better.
ehh, you don't want a hole in your floor in NJ - the warmth and then cold will rust it really quickly, then you've got a bigger problem on your hands. The quick solution would be to get a waterproof tarp to put on the roof.
What about laying down a old gor-tex jacket with a series of small holes... ala Geox http://www.geox.com/english/dx_patent.htm
Ah forget about the whole thing... what about This!
Buying a new car would solve my problems! I think..I may have to wait a little while though. And I'd have to get a toyota because my boyfriend is a mechanic for Lexus (which are made by toyota).
I wish I could be described half as well as this car...

The Lexus SC 430 can be described as a convertible, hardtop , desireable, passionate, sensual, seductive, functional, artistic, and cool.
Ben calls that an expensive rattle. It's one of the loudest cars with tons of problems and I'm forbidden from getting it. Soo cute though!
