haha just got back to the office.... yes thai's 'file' is biggest of all.. do to the sheer number of pics and even a video.. :-)

a file is a bit of an overstatement, while I was NEW (and only then), if I read a post that gave me a talking point, i'd make a note, mental or otherwise, only to have something to talk about... ...

Why didn't I do it organically...

Two fold...

1) I am shy, an introvert by nature, so even until I know a little about people I would hidden in the woodwork. So, even if the initial familiarity was one sided, it allowed me to be more open.

2)I didn't want to be the new guy, the one who didn't know the history about stuff or the inside jokes. In addition I wanted to make sure you'll were OK.

It was selfish on my part, sorry.
