Yeah, I've heard they have awesome benefits....a sister out here used to work for them for that reason alone.

I would take the job, and let them know when you do, what your eventual plan is....you're right, it could take a little while, but ideally, most companies prefer to promote and hire from within, because it shows company loyalty. When I worked for Victoria's Secret, I got hired as seasonal part-time right around the time a manager was leaving. They promoted me before even looking at other prospects, because I was already with the company.
I say go for it....the benfits alone make it worth it.
