Ok, so how do you nicely reject a job offer? I wasn't offered the restaurant position yet, they were supposed to get back to me this week. Well, as you might know, I accepted the different position...

You probably shouldn't wait for him to offer the job. You should call him back and politely thank them for their time, but that you have accepted a position elsewhere.
