It's just one of those stupid days.
1. The kids were a pain in the butt this morning.
2. I tried covering Jake's school books with those slip on covers and ripped the cover trying.
3. Traffic sucks.
4. I got no sleep last night.
5. I get to work and the engineers are cranky and ready to quit leaving me to believe this division of my company that I work for will be dissolved eventually.
6. Someone left some drawings and other documents I made, on their desk for a month. Now I have to sort through it and write down a verification procedure for something that is not fresh in my mind.
7. My knee hurts.
I could probably write down 87 more things wrong with this day, but why bother. At least there is a meeting tonight. Recharge time.
awww im sorry. wanna cookie?
A cookie...LOL! You gonna Fedex it?
I always feel better after I've had a really good lunch - maybe you could treat yourself to something you don't normally get instead of the normal sandwich/soup/boring stuff. And get yourself something sweet for dessert, even if it's fruit. That always makes me feel better.
Sounds good. Hmmm...What do I crave today? Must give it some thought.
seriously it helps! the girls and i went to lunch yesterday and after split this huge brownie sundae.....AW MAN, lemme tell you, it made the rest of the crazy afternoon all warm and fuzzy! LOL
go get a breath of fresh air outside and say a prayer. those kind of days aren't easy, but at least they always end.
I'm sorry man....those types of days are no fun. I agree with web-toed....get yourself a big fat sammich or something, or eat light and spoil yourself with dessert. Always helps.
It's funny, I remember how hard it was with 2 people raising kids and going to work and doing the chores at home. When it's 1....forget it, it's almost impossible.
I do not miss those days at all. You should hire a nanny.....or be like Britney and hire a MANNY! Hahaha...I just love that word.
Yeah, I was thinking that actually. But I'm sure they cost alot.
Yeah....therein lies the problem.
I think the only people that can afford nannies are the ones making 6 figure salaries.
if you include the decimal point, I'm there, hahaha.
haha...We're talking whole numbers my dear.
Aw....never mind, hahaha.
