I am a caffeine addict. I have 2-3 cups of coffee a day, and I also usually have a steady supply of Red Bull, Monster, Rockstar, etc. I am currenlty trying to only have one cup a day, I've been doing this for almost a week now, and i'm getting terrible withdrawal headaches and a general feeling of being in a thick fog, and it's really annoying
so yeah i'm not so chatty because i'm moving in slow motion and my head is pounding
*and painkillers do not help this kind of headache, btw, only caffeine does :(
only a few more days and i should be over it

yeah i go through this every couple of months... caffeine keeps pulling me back!! coffee tastes so goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood haha
What about decaf? Or tea?
oh yeah i'll be sippin decaf like there's no tomorrow
caffeine however helps me focus and stuff, it turns me from ADD freak to really calm collected focused worker
but i keep reading that it's really not good to have more than one cup of coffee a day sooooooooo i'm trying to stop
Maybe you could compensate with lots of oj or some other fresh fruit juice.
sorry to hear that. you'll get make it though. all junkies have to kick the habit. it generally isn't pretty.
