Interesting fact I heard last night at bookstudy, more people have died in the war against terror than in the original 9/11 attacks. Was fitting for the bookstudy lesson

Does that count civilians? I heard tens of thousands died in Iraq alone.

I guess it implies civilians, since 9/11 were all civilians. I figured with all the bombings from military campaigns, more civilians would have died.

92k people is still a LOT..

to put it into perspective, when they nuked Hiroshima, only 80k people died from the initial blast.
