Actually, I'm kind of impressed that you can run at all with asthma. Personally, if I were in your position, I would stick to walking and try to go for at least 30 minutes. Ideal would be an hour, but I don't know if you have that kind of time.
Hey Forr, Are you using a heart monitor? Keeping in the target zone is more important than almost all other metrics.
yep! and that's why i love those machines so much. they keep telling me to slow down. they help me keep pace. trying to go for a walk or a run never works out for me.
I'm really motivated for the first time in quite a few years. I'm going to alternate between a 30 minute walk and what I did today.
