seriously how long is this caffeine withdrawal going to continue

Juicy, I think by your own admission you were a HEAVY user. Is this a permanent change? Or are you going to go back to your caffeinated ways?

just one cup a day. It's soooo hard to not have my usual noon coffee, 3 p.m. coffee.. and the occasional 6 p.m. cofee but ... i .. will... survive..
