i'm pretty sure it's more dangerous to be 50 pounds overweight (well now 40). i think i'll take my chances with working out hard and eating less.
Yeah, I guess, and I'm not trying to be negative. It's great that it's working for you. I just worry when I see that kind of loss...
trust me I'm being very safe about it. my trainer is also my WW coach so she keeps a close eye on me.
