So I had my lawyer file paperwork for child support, visitation (she's moving to Florida), and no holidays in school for kids. I feel good about it. I should have done it awhile ago.

you have full custody of the kids right? and the visitation would be for her to go out to visit them?

I have primary custody, not full. It just works out that I have them alot more than her. The visitation would be for her to transport them to her home in Florida for part of the summer and get them during school breaks.
