You didn't like the Panther Valley townhouses? I had a friend who lived in one and his was decent. There are also townhomes in my neighborhood. I think they are fairly new. Last time I took the kids bike riding, I saw one or two for sale.
Or do you want a regular house with a yard?
we looked at 5 or 6 townhouses, but they all needed a lot of help.
we just fell in love with this house.
there's plenty of other things we can look at now, though.

yeah. which is SO convenient to route 80 that i'm spoiled and want to keep a short commute if possible. but mount olive/budd lake is too expensive for anything decent.
You need to have my commute. I don't get to work till 9am and I skip lunch so that I can leave at 5pm.
hmmm i'm gonna say.. NO i don't need your commute, haha
It's only that way because of the kids. I'd leave much earlier in the AM if I didn't have to get them ready.
