I believe she cant use a chat program at work, because either they dont like you too, or block the aim port. Livy, If you you just cant connect to the aim for some reason, usually cause the lame...

I don't think anything here is really blocked but, my co worker said at one time there was an email about certain sites. So just to be on the safe side she uses Meebo to. We don't have Firefox here just Explorer, but we're definately not allowed to download anything.
