i def get your point! well put!
honestly, if you're witnessing to someone who's into sci-fi you can illustrate this to make them understand. i do that with movies etc sometimes....jesus taught us to use illustrations etc...something that the person we're witnessing to can relate. and this, many can relate. good job!
I don't really look at it as Sci-fi though. I look at it as a classic swash-buckling epic that incorporates some Sci-fi elements. The story of Star Wars is basically a mirror of human history in a way. That is why I don't understand why some call it lame. Star Trek is lame. It's too geeky for me. With Star Wars, you have a story that reaches the heart. It is the struggle of good vs evil. It is an emotional roller coaster, much like life in general.
i agree. im not saying i dont. BUT the maj that're into it are sci-fi peeps...i was just saying you can use it as an illustration.
Yeah, I'm in the minority though. I'm not a sci-fi peep. The sci-fi peeps have their own Jedi religion though. It'd be tough to get through to them. LOL!
LOL
okay ebert, what did you take that straight outta the star ledger movie reviews?
"swash-buckling epic" "the struggle of good verse evil" "an emotional roller coaster"
dude, you're lame...
Strike me down with all of your hatred and your journey towards the dark side shall be complete!
BTW Alex, what kinds of movies do you like?
uuuh...ones that don't suck.
