From my own experience with Emily, I see that public school is not a good situation for her. Unfortunately I have no wife to be home with her to do it, so I'm in a pickle. If your situation allow...

It depends on the situation. Emily has behavior problems, so I'm constantly talking with the school to control it. She never got enough attention from her mother, so I think it has scarred her. ...

Maybe you should take her to a therapist. Most insurance agencies cover it.

I'm always amazed when I read the pysch evaluations of little kids for custody cases at work - play therapy is amazing to me; even the brains of small children are vastly complex.
