I loved Utah personally - Snowbird was amazing.
and Colorado - Breckenridge was great.
The great thing about those two areas is that there are like 4 or 5 great mountains all in reasonable driving distance, so even if you stay at one resort you can go to others. And you can buy one pass for a bunch of mountains in Colorado. which is sweet. We hit up two resorts in one day. They might have a similar deal in Utah.
Also I went to Lake Tahoe for a day-trip and I liked that a lot too.
I went to Mary Jane/Winter park; Breckenridge; and Keystone. Breckenridge was HORRIBLE for me, which I heard is incredibly rare. So I don't take that ONE time as what it's always like.
when i went to whistler it was awesome, but i heard they usually have more snow than when i went. when i went to breckenridge it was unbelievable
Our season has started with a bang!
yeah, we missed the good snow at Whistler, but it was still pretty good. I like lots of fresh powder at least a couple of days, if I go out west.
