picked up a new phone last night! went from my old school LG VX4400 to an LG VX8600. the phone is verry nice!

that phone looked pretty nice, but it's a bit bulky, and i just won't see the point of that style of phone. you text a lot?

the Q isn't sexy enough. all that wasted front space. weak menus. slow scroll. it's a poor man's blackberry/treo. i don't need a PDA or net on the go. i just want QWERTY for texting and such. oh, and the navigation. the vx9900 suits my needs. and it's sexy.
One of the young ones from our hall has that phone and she wanted us to order a face plate for it. In searching, we discovered that there is a face plate out there for many models of cell phones entitled "Jesus on a cross". Pretty gruesome and certainly odd. Sorry, this is off topic.
