How do I create a link to a word document? My firm hired a marketing person who was supposed to be updating the website, but she's never done any web stuff, so I'm on my own still. :(

There's a few basic things you need to do:

1. upload the .doc file to your website.
2. figure out what the URL is. (either the full URL, or the relative URL from the page you're linking from)
3. make a link to it in your HTML.
