I really miss all the good food in NJ. Two of my fave's near where I used to work in Florham Park:

Panevino Restaurant - 637 W Mount Pleasant Ave, Livingston. Fabulous wood fired pizzas and very classic italian food. About $15-30 for dinners.

Cullen's - Columbia Turnpike near Hanover Road (in the Trader Joe's complex). This place has THE most amazing lunches. It's cafeteria style, but the food is gourmet. Plus, they have prepared food. I would get a cup of soup for lunch and a whole roasted chicken with 2 sides for dinner and pay about $25 for all of it. It's all very fancy and very delicious.
