it's close to the rim - ntp thing, except that was over technology, this is pretty much over a name. they don't want confusion because both deal with a phone and the internet.
apparently apple and cisco were playing nice and then they were like yeah right, whateva, we're suing you, and then apple was like, bring it on, and then cisco was like it's already be broughten, and then apple was like whateva, and then cisco was like thong, th-thong, thong, thong.
