oh my gosh, you have to try the greek yogurt FAGE. it's usually found in the organic part of the dairy case. the stuff is AMAZING! it is super thick & creamy and tangy. it has sometimes honey on the one side or fruit. it's super deeeelish. it's really expensive though, like 3 bucks for one container.
I'm actually not a fan of greek yogurt. My grandmother always used to try to get me to eat it over pilaf, but I've always hated it. And cottage cheese is nasty to me. I'm clearly not a fan of the dairy industry.
oh man, tzatziki is practically my favorite part of a gyro.
I like tzatziki too - my dad used to make it with only a little yogurt and tons of cucumber and dill. I don't think I'd like it plain, like as veggie dip, but on a gyro or chicken, it's tasty.
