Well A) I've never really liked milk or cheese; B) it almost always hurts my tummy; and C) it's probably pumped full of hormones. I've always looked for something to replace ricotta. I know I'll never want to replace parm or pecorino romano, though.

didn't you say you were from Newark? Plus do you want help or not? My mom uses this since ricotta makes her sick. It doesn't taste the same but its not bad.
