Take a wild yet respectful (it's all in the tone) shot at it don't get too specific focus more on the purpose of your call and keep it short & sweet:

"Good afternoon/evening My name is Lyndsey Tymon I'm calling on behalf of LaDaDee for LaDaDum please get back to us at your earliest convenience."

AND YOU'RE DONE

Avoid terms like he or she hope this works out! =)
